No SD card option on Android 4.4

Hi, I need to store Apple Music songs in my 32gb SD card, but the option isn't there. I only have about 300mb of free internal storage, and it isn't enough. I tried formatting the SD card with no luck, and the phone won't let me move the app from internal storage to phone storage or the SD card.

What should I do?
